Manish Kapoor is the principal lawyer and director at Kapoor Law Firm. He was called to the bar in 2012. Manish started his law practice in Brampton and serviced clients in matters related to Immigration, Family, and Real Estate Law. Manish soon realized that Real Estate Law practice picked up considerably and it was best to focus on one area of law. Manish has been successfully closing real estate transactions for the last 9 years. His other interests are spending time with his family and playing sports.

Shilpa Bodalia

Shilpa is an Associate Lawyer here at Kapoor Law Firm. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and Certificate of Dispute Resolution from York University before attending law school in the USA. Prior to her call to the Ontario Bar, Shilpa articled with a boutique firm in Toronto, specializing in Personal Injury. Since her call to the bar, Shilpa has gained invaluable experience in areas of civil litigation, estate planning, and real estate. She now devotes her practice to all areas of residential and commercial real estate. Shilpa provides professional and knowledgeable representation to her clients on all aspects of home purchases, sales, mortgage refinancing, and more. As part of the team here at Kapoor Law, Shilpa’s focus is on building lasting professional relationships and being a trusted legal advisor to her clients. In her time off, Shilpa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and travelling.

MD Ishtiaque Ahmed

Associate Lawyer

MD is an Associate Lawyer at Kapoor Law Firm. He is an Internationally Trained Lawyer who obtained his LL.B (Hons) in 2009 from the University of Northumbria, UK. Thereafter, he did his LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Northumbria, UK in 2011 and was subsequently called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2013. He was a practicing lawyer of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh for five years before moving to Canada. During this time, his area of practice was predominantly in the telecommunications sector and was also part of the Bangladeshi Communication and Broadcasting Satellite Launching Project. His goal is to become a successful Real Estate Lawyer in Ontario and assist Canadians to close Real Estate transactions. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family and loves driving, playing video games, and watching documentaries & movies.

Namrata Kapoor

Namrata Kapoor is the office manager and Legal Assistant at Kapoor Law Firm. She has over five years of experience as Administrative and Human Resources assistant. She joined KLFPC in 2016 and has been supporting the team and helping close Real Estate transactions ever since. Namrata obtained her college degree from University of Delhi. She is passionate about helping people and has a knack in delivering excellent customer service to clients. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with her family.

Gaganpreet Kaur

Legal Assistant

Gaganpreet Kaur is a Legal Assistant at Kapoor Law Firm. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Punjab University. She graduated from St. Lawrence college with Ontario College Advanced Diploma in supply chain management, and currently, is pursuing her human resource management diploma in Canadore college. Gaganpreet has good customer service skills that help her understand clients’ needs and solutions to resolve their queries. She is also good at accounting, business and marketing. She loves reading fictional novels and traveling.

Amandeep Thind

Legal Assistant

Amandeep Thind is a Legal Assistant at Kapoor Law Firm. She is graduated from Seneca College with an Ontario Diploma in Law Clerk. She holds strong communication skills which provides exceptional customer service to clients. She possesses an excellent listening ability when working with clients and good at building relationships and engender confidence. She loves to spend her time with family and her pet, travelling and shopping.

Shihab Uddin

S. M. Shihab Uddin is a legal assistant at Kapoor Law Firm. He obtained his first LL.B (Hons.) degree in 2007 from the University of London, UK. Later on, he obtained his second LL.B (Hons.) and an LL.M degree in “International Corporate and Financial Law” from the University of Wolverhampton, UK. Shihab is a practicing lawyer of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and a former Lecturer of Law. His passion for knowledge enabled him to grasp the Canadian Real Estate Law and currently he is helping Kapoor Law to successfully close Real Estate transactions. He is a family-oriented person with a longstanding passion for traveling and photography.
